My name is Heidi Pleso and I am fulfilling a life long dream to own a mobile food venue. To describe how I got to this point would be the many many years of restaurant and catering work I have done on Cape Cod. I have worked the front of many restaurants and the back of many and have also owned my own in the past. My absolute love and passion for food is where the push to create this mobile dining experience comes from. I hope to provide a fun and delicious new experience to the Cape.
The doors seemed to open for me as each decision and person was put before me for what has seemed like a building to this point. The decsion to go with the trolley seemed like a shining bright light when I weighed the pros and cons of a trailer verses the ever hip food truck revolution, but I’m not sure that all these people have the desire to tote around two children that are very excited about becoming business owners! So it seemed obvious that the only way to include them was to get something they could also ride in and be apart of. Oh how the world changes with the birth of those special little monkeys!!! Now that they are old enough and my energy is starting to return to have something for myself, I began this quest and Fiddlestix was born.
